What is a Xribus System

Xribus System is Web based suite application that works together to one or more voice recorders retrieving and storing calls (operations can be automatic and user unattended), these can be easily archived, searched and played-back

Xribus is able also to recover archived calls from the archiving media’s such as DAT or DVD-RAM and can work with either an on-line recorder or an off-line recorder that is still maintained for the case of need to recover archived calls.

The system create a complete backup of all the archived calls in a standard format, keeping also any additional information like tags, direction of call, number dialed or notes.

Xribus System can then be a real time backup to an on-line recorder avoiding the problem to duplicate and maintain a second voice recorder with a minor economic effort.

The integrated Web Services let the system to be integrated and combined with a third party application with a real time communication. The Web Services is supplied with a welldocumented manual for the software developer engineer.

All these features and many more like: automatic transfer of the calls, re-encoding in standard format, encryption and hashing, manage storage’s like SAN or NAS, are already available.
